I ordered the chicken and my husband ordered the ribs. Both dinners were overcooked. The ribs were chewy and tasted like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for days but they were edible. The chicken was so overcooked it was not even edible (even my husband who is a self proclaimed garbage disposal found the chicken to be inedible). The only reason I can give them one star is because our server Joyce was very nice. The awful food wasn't her fault. I would recommend eating in Kanab a few miles up.the road. Lots of good options there and no overcooked meat.
What you would expect from a chain restaurant (even though it isn't) just outside a major tourist destination. I paid about $14 for two eggs, sausage, a modest serving of hash browns, toast and coffee. Service was just adequate in a very empty room.
Popped in for brunch while passing through and the breakfast was great. Classic American eats and very generous portions. The bread was homemade too which was a nice surprise. Neat history to this place and a good place to stop for some breakfast.
Good solid comfort food. The chicken fried steak was tender on the inside and crispy on the outside. The country gravy was a bit thick but they served it on the side.
I prefer across the road -- better food (at least at breakfast) and lower prices, in a homier, albeit slightly worn, environment.
Clean, modern, pricey.
Thought pie would be better for all the hype. Good, but didn't taste homemade at all.
